Request Data Deletion

Request that some or all of your data be deleted from TapTrack

What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Time entries and work history
  • Security tour records and checkpoint completions
  • Verification forms and associated media (photos/videos)
  • NFC tag scan history
  • Clock request records
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes:

We may retain certain records if required by law, such as employment records, tax information, or records needed for legal proceedings. These records are typically retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.

Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for business analytics and service improvement purposes.

Organization Records

If you are part of an organization, some data may need to be retained as part of your organization's records. We will coordinate with your organization's administrators regarding such data.

Fill out the form below to request deletion of your data. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

If left blank, we will process a request to delete all your personal data.
