Permanently delete your TapTrack account and all associated data
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will immediately and permanently delete your account, all your data, and you will lose access to TapTrack services.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Deleting your account will permanently remove the following:
Your account: All account information, credentials, and authentication data
Personal information: Name, email, profile details, and contact information
Work history: All time entries, clock requests, and work records
Security records: All security tour records, checkpoint completions, and verification forms
Media files: All photos and videos associated with your verification forms
NFC data: All NFC tag scan history and location data
Access: You will immediately lose access to all TapTrack services and cannot recover your account
Before You Delete Your Account
Export Your Data (Optional)
If you want to keep a copy of your data before deletion, you can request a data export by contacting support. We recommend doing this before proceeding with account deletion.
Consider Data Deletion Instead
If you only want to remove your personal data but keep your account, you can request data deletion instead. This allows you to remove specific data without losing access to your account.
Organization Impact
If you are part of an organization, deleting your account may affect your organization's records. Consider discussing this with your organization's administrator before proceeding.
