We acknowledge security reports within 1 business day and will keep you informed as we investigate. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who report issues in good faith.

Response times

We respond to support requests within 1 business day. Security reports and account-access issues are prioritised and typically receive a same-day acknowledgement.
